The Challenge
TalentBridge's talent acquisition team was managing 120+ open roles across 6 departments with no unified view. Time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline conversion were tracked in separate spreadsheets by different recruiters. Leadership had no real-time visibility and could not identify where candidates were dropping off.
The Solution
I consolidated six spreadsheet sources into a normalised PostgreSQL schema via a Python ingestion layer, then built a role-level Tableau dashboard with drill-down from department → role → candidate stage. Key views include: stage conversion funnel, time-in-stage heatmap, and a recruiter performance scoreboard. Automated weekly PDF snapshots are emailed to the CHRO every Monday.
